At Artista Rugs, we prioritize the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, as handmade items may occasionally exhibit minor imperfections, we offer an exchange or return policy under the following conditions:

  1.  Stained: If your rug arrives with noticeable stains or discoloration affecting its appearance.
  2. Stitching Issues: In the event of irregularities in stitching that impact the rug's overall quality and durability.
  3. Incorrect Size: Should there be a size variation exceeding 3% from the specified dimensions.
  4. Packaging: Please return the item in the same condition it was delivered to you, with the original packaging, labels, and tags intact. Altered or illegible serial numbers will void the return.
  5. Quality Inspection: Refunds or replacements will be initiated after the item passes through our quality inspection process.

If you've received a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

a.) Contact Us: Reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product at artistarugs@gmail.com. Please include photos of the defective rug, your order number, and item code in your email.

b.) Conditions for Return: Ensure the item is returned within 5 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, with all tags and labels intact, and in its original packaging. Avoid using, washing, altering, or soiling the rug, as damaged items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Cost: Kindly note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding in bearing this cost for initiating a return or exchange.
